Experience: From 2017 to 2018, Ms. Stipp served as Senior Vice President, Chief Financial Officer, and Treasurer of Rogers Corporation, a developer, manufacturer and seller of high‑performance and high-reliability engineered materials and components to over 5,000 customers worldwide. During her tenure at Rogers, Ms. Stipp's leadership was pivotal in accelerating organic and inorganic sales, gross margins and operating income. Ms. Stipp led Rogers through the acquisitions of DeWall Industries, Diversified Silicone Products and Grinswold — resulting in more than $800 million in sales.

Prior to this role, Ms. Stipp served as Executive Vice President, CFO and Treasurer at Tecumseh Products Company, a global leader in the refrigeration and air conditioning industry. Prior to that, she served as Chief Financial Officer at Revstone Industries; Acument Global Technologies, a Platinum Equity portfolio company; and GDX Automotive, a Cerberus Equity portfolio company.

Other Directorships and Education: Ms. Stipp serves on the Board of Rotork, a market-leading global provider of mission-critical flow control and instrumentation solutions for oil, gas, water, chemical process and industrial applications, and Diploma, a specialized supplier of technical products and services. She previously served on the Board of directors of NN, Sappi Limited, Ply Gem Holdings and Commercial Vehicle Group. She is a Certified Public Accountant, a Chartered Global Management Accountant, a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, and holds a bachelor's degree in Accounting from Michigan State University and an MBA from Wayne State University.
