Occupation: President & Chief Executive Officer – Ascension
Experience: Since 2026, Mr. Conrado has been President & CEO of Ascension, one of the largest private healthcare systems in the United States. At Ascension, Mr. Conrado leads critical initiatives aligning the company’s portfolio and investments to better serve its patients. Prior to becoming CEO, Mr. Conrado was President from 2023 and previously held senior leadership positions, including Executive Vice President and Chief Strategy and Innovation Officer.
Before joining Ascension, Mr. Conrado served in various senior management positions at Motorola Solutions in a range of domestic and international consumer and commercial segments, including most recently as Chief Strategy and Innovation Officer. During his tenure at Motorola, Mr. Conrado oversaw the company’s growth and acquisition strategy, resulting in significant growth to Motorola’s managed and support services.
Other Directorships and Education: Mr. Conrado currently serves on the Catholic Health Association of the United States Board of Directors. He previously served on the Board of Southwest Airlines, Ascension, the Chicago's Field Museum of Natural History and the American Red Cross of Greater Chicago. He earned a bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering from Texas Tech University, an MBA from ESADE in Barcelona, Spain, and a master’s degree in International Management from Thunderbird School of Global Management.
