Erin Gattis is the Chief Human Resources Officer of ArcBest®. With over 25 years of experience, she is leading the way in creating an exceptional workplace where logistics professionals with diverse experiences and perspectives can grow and make a lasting impact. Erin boldly guides the teams responsible for the company’s award-winning training and succession planning programs, talent acquisition, employee experience, benefits and compensation and executive compensation for ArcBest Corporation®. She also champions the company’s total well-being and belonging programs . Various corporate governance responsibilities also fall under her domain.

Erin was named ArcBest Chief Human Resources Officer in July 2016. Previously, she served as Vice President of Human Resources and as the company’s Chief of Staff to ArcBest President and CEO Judy McReynolds. She began her career at ArcBest in 1999 in the Human Resources Department.
Erin holds HRCI Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) and SHRM-Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) certifications, the senior-most human resources certifications for those who have demonstrated a strategic mastery of the HR body of knowledge and practical experience. She holds a bachelor’s degree in economics and finance from Arkansas Tech University.
